Bina’s Working Methodology

Development Programs Based on Integration and Sustainability

Bina adopts a development work model based on integration between individuals, institutions, and systems, with a focus on long-term outcomes.
This model aims to transform development initiatives from isolated activities into linked approaches that support economic and social recovery. The model is built on:

  • Developing human capital and linking skills to employment and production opportunities
  • Strengthening the capacity of local institutions in planning, implementation, and resource management
  • Enabling environments to sustain progress beyond the end of direct interventions
  • Linking training programs with incubation, financing, and market opportunities
